Resumo:
O presente trabalho teve como principal objetivo analisar a existência de leis que amparam os imigrantes venezuelanos no município de Palmas, e qual a extensão da garantia desses direitos. O número de imigrantes venezuelanos tem aumentado consideravelmente, tendo em vista as inúmeras crises que acometem a Venezuela, assim como o descumprimento dos Direitos Humanos em tal país. Ressaltamos que o foco do estudo foi a extensão das leis e tratados que garantem os direitos e deveres do venezuelano em território brasileiro, bem como sua execução. Abordamos também a questão histórica da Venezuela, e as leis existentes que vêm sendo aprimoradas com o passar dos anos. A metodologia empregada consiste em uma pesquisa bibliográfica com uma revisão das obras publicadas sendo abordados estudos de doutrinadores, matérias constitucionais e outras revisões já existentes, tendo como base o Google Acadêmico. Concluímos que as leis existentes em Palmas necessitam de uma melhor efetividade de execução, tendo em vista ainda encontrarmos muitos moradores de rua em situações precárias. Obstante, notamos a existência de leis que garantem aos venezuelanos direitos e deveres como um cidadão brasileiro, tendo suporte na área da saúde e demais áreas que garantam a plena sobrevivência dos mesmos.
Abstract:
The present work aimed to analyze the existence of laws that support Venezuelan immigrants in the municipality of Palmas, and what is the extent of guarantee of these rights. The number of Venezuelan immigrants has increased considerably, in view of the numerous crises that affect Venezuela, as well as non -compliance with human rights in such a country. We emphasize that the focus of the study was the extension of laws and treaties that guarantee the rights and duties of the Venezuelan in Brazilian territory, as well as their execution. We also address the historical issue of Venezuela, and the existing laws that have been improved over the years. The methodology employed consists of a bibliographic research with a review of the published works and studies of indoctrinators, constitutional subjects and other existing revisions are addressed, based on Google Academic. We conclude that the laws on Palmas need better execution effectiveness, as we still find many homeless people in precarious situations. However, we note the existence of laws that guarantee Venezuelans rights and duties as a Brazilian citizen, having support in the area of health and other areas that guarantee their full survival.
