Resumo:
Este artigo tem como escopo, de forma sucinta, tratar acerca da temática de contratação da fundação de apoio científico e tecnológico do Tocantins, como interveniente administrativo e financeiro em convênio firmado com a Universidade Federal do Tocantins. Dessa forma, pretende-se identificar a lei aplicável, destacando os conceitos relacionados às fundações de apoio, e apontar o fortalecimento dos projetos desenvolvidos, tendo em vista que as fundações de apoio têm grande relevância para o desenvolvimento científico e tecnológico do país. Sendo assim, será versado com base em literatura especializada e sob a luz da legislação vigente
Abstract:
This article has the scope, in a succinct way, to deal with the theme of contracting the scientific and technological support foundation of Tocantins, as administrative and financial intervener in an agreement signed with the University Federal do Tocantins. In this way, it is intended to identify the applicable law, highlighting the concepts related to the support foundations, and pointing out the strengthening of the projects developed, bearing in mind that the foundations of support have great relevance for the scientific and technological development of the country. Therefore, it will be versed based on specialized literature and under the light of current legislation
